Ceramic is the go-to material for Klins conveyour belt rollers because of their heat resistant. but the problem is that they break unexpcetedly

..And when they break they can cause a total collapse of the products moving on the conveyour inside the klin - not unlike a chain accident.
This "Chain accident" will cause other roller breakage.
Another fact is that in order to close and cool these klins can take up to 10 days and so does heating them back to operational temperature.
The result of these two factors gives a very costly outcome for a very simple and cheap component failure.
